Our leadership team is dedicated to the highest quality, professionalism, and serving our customers!
Bobby incorporated Aerations Plus in 1996 and has since grown the business continually making changes to improve the company. Bobby’s passion is volunteering and giving back to the company and is the founder of Backpacks of Love. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 40 years, Brenda, his two children and five grandchildren. He also loves playing golf and all things UVA
Brenda has been with Aerations Plus since day one. She holds a commercial applicator’s license from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and is a member of the Board of Contractors for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Brenda’s primary role at Aerations Plus is accounting and quality control. Brenda also serves on the Board of Backpacks of Love and Imagine the Freedom. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, her Pug (Sophie) and especially her five grandchildren, Avery, Aubrey, Ayden, Tyler and Witten.
Corey is a local resident of Powhatan where he lives with his wife Mary and the kids Avery (8), Ayden (5), and Witten (3). He has worked fulltime with Aerations Plus since 2006 where he has held most positions within the company from Irrigation Service Technician to Operations Manager. In his free time he loves to be out with his family and likes to sneak in the occasional round of golf.
Justin was born and raised in Midlothian, VA and has over 8 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He started with Aerations Plus in 2022 and is excited to be a part of the continued growth the company has sustained over many years. His key to success is always putting the customer experience first. Justin loves spending time with his two children June and Jack and in his spare time enjoys volunteering at his church, fishing and golf.
Melanie has over 25 years of customer service experience. She has been a resident of Powhatan for 20 years. Prior to working for Aerations Plus, Melanie worked for a real estate company, an elementary school and she ran an in-home daycare. She is happily married and her hobbies are cross stitching and camping.
